Q: What can I expect from the first call to Lynx-Consulting?
A: You will be greeted by a SAP knowledgeable staff member who will ask pertinent questions to determine your project needs.

Q: What are the questions you will ask?
A: Some of the questions you can anticipate we will ask are:
What are the critical skills you need in order to move forward with your project?
What is the overview of your SAP implementation plan?
What is the scope of your current project?
What are the delivery deadlines, budgetary issues, and other challenges you are facing?

Q: What can I expect from you after that?
A: Whether you require a team or an individual consultant, we will select seasoned consultants whose vast experience will add value to your project. You can expect a quick response and open communication.

Q: What is your process like?
A: We have a simple, efficient engagement process. Within 24-48 hours from the time we receive your request, we will hand pick and submit three or fewer candidates to you.

Q: And the paperwork?
A: We keep the paperwork to a minimum. In order for you to retain the services of one of our consultants, we will generate a short straight forward contract for your approval or if you prefer, we will sign your company’s contract. A SOW will also be prepared specific to each engagement, which will include the agreed upon commercial terms and length of assignment. In addition, invoices can reflect your particular requirements and can be sent electronically for ease of processing.

A: Yes. We routinely conduct background checks and drug screens as part of our process for customers who require them.
