Proud to have first been certified as a WBENC company in 2004, Lynx-Consulting understands the need to support diversity in business. Growing a diverse workforce and actively seeking diverse suppliers is an integral part of our on-going business model.

We work collaboratively with our customers by supporting their supplier diversity initiatives, promoting the value of using diverse suppliers, and helping our customers earn well deserved recognition for their diversity spend.

Our Practice

Currently 40% of our suppliers are minority or women-owned. It is our policy to maintain at least a 30% ratio of minority or women-owned suppliers. We actively seek diverse suppliers by attending local and national networking events and conferences where such suppliers are featured. As an extension to our own business model, we actively help other diverse suppliers conduct business with one another.
