Christine Braelow
Christine Braelow is President and CEO of Lynx-Consulting. An entrepreneur
by nature, Christine is a co-founder of Lynx-Consulting and is its
major shareholder. Under her leadership, Lynx-Consulting has grown
to a multi-million dollar corporation. Above all, Lynx-Consulting
has established a reputation for integrity and for offering superlative,
innovative consulting services.
Christine holds a BBA from the University of Michigan. Upon graduation,
she entered the retail industry, working for the May Company. Here
she gained solid business management experience, advancing through
various roles with increasing financial and entrepreneurial responsibility.
Christine then spent two years with an IT consulting firm where
she developed its SAP consulting practice, recruiting top notch
talent from all over the world.
Being an astute business woman, Christine foresaw that SAP would
revolutionize the way businesses utilized and benefited from their
IT systems. With this vision, in 1995 she went on to co-found SE&C,
Inc, a SAP-dedicated consulting and staffing firm. Five years later,
under rapidly changing market conditions, SE&C adopted a new
business model. With Christine’s guidance, it transformed
itself into Lynx-Consulting, Inc., a firm strongly positioned to
provide innovative SAP solutions on a global basis.
Michelle Ford
Michelle Ford, Director of Business Development, has a diverse
background in staffing, sales, and marketing. For five years, with
increasing responsibility, she worked for an international staffing
firm, learning the entire scope of the business from recruiting,
and client development to branch management. Michelle has a strong
entrepreneurial spirit and has been an independent representative
for several companies for which she has built national distributorships,
led training classes, and was a top performer.
Michelle graduated with a B.S. in Sociology from the University
of California in Santa Barbara and later earned an elementary teaching
credential. Combining her educational background with entrepreneurship,
she represented an educational toy company for ten years.
In her role as Director of Business Development, Michelle is instrumental
in forging customer / consultant relationships as well as developing
new business, marketing strategies, and supplier diversity initiatives.
She is an active member of ICSBD (International Council of Small
Business Development), NAWBO (National Association of Women Business
Owners), and ASTRA (Women’s Business Alliance). Her enterprising
drive and diverse background have made her a valuable addition to
Lynx-Consulting.
